EMI apartments is a three story building with 27 sea view or side sea view, bright and beautifully decorated apartments, ranging 25-45 square meters with the possibility to accommodate 2 – 4 persons each. A spacious, functional and clean holiday apartment is definitely what you are looking for to enjoy the sun and the sea of Crete, to discover the secrets of our land, our history and our culture.
Ammoudara located just 6 kilometers from the city center of Heraklion can satisfy all needs a guest might have! With a wide variety of shops, restaurants, museum, historical buildings, bars and night life entertainments to choose from, and a 5km long natural sandy beach the area of Ammoudara will surely meet your every need.

A very relaxing location, close to the sea and all local amenities, apartment staff very friendly and full of local knowledge. The rooms are excellent and managed by the owners, it is so nice to see such a high standard being set. Rooms are excellent.
There is only one word for these apartments fantastic right on the beach close to many very good tavernas rooms are clean with what you should expect from a small and friendly accommodation the Chistodoulakis family are so friendly and George is the best barman nothing is to much trouble you only have to ask
Had an incredibly relaxing week here at the Emi Apartments last week. A small family run establishment, we were allocated a large family room that had everything you would need, basic but clean. Well situated for local tavernas, bus routes and taxis. With its own section of the beach, with real sand!! The swimming pool is small but fits in perfectly. George and his family work very hard to keep all their guests happy, nothing to much trouble, we would highly recommend Emi Apartments should you be looking for a nice quiet relaxing place for your holiday. Would go back in an heart beat
